Jennifer Aniston hopes her next acting role is on the stage. After working with Kevin Spacey on “Horrible Bosses,” who is the artistic director of the Old Vic theater company in London, Aniston says she would love for him to find her a theater role.

“I started at theater in New York, in things that aren't remembered but yeah, I love the theater and I would love to go back to it. If the right thing presented itself…yes - with Kevin, at the Old Vic.” Says Aniston.

I don't know why this is, but I've always equated stage and theater acting as “good acting” and...

Kevin Spacey is known for two things: being a freaking amazing actor, and being a closeted gay. In a new interview with The Daily Beast, Spacy answers some pretty private questions about his sexuality, which has always been kept under wraps.

The reporter, who has some serious balls, asks Spacey: “We gay men have always proudly claimed you as a member of our tribe, and yet you don't proudly claim us back. Why?”

Spacey replies, “Look, I might have lived in England for the last several years but I'm still an American citizen and I have not given up my right to privacy.”

The reporter then gets really pushy and starts defending his question, adding, “I'm not asking if you're a top or bottom. That's none of my business.”

But Spacey uses his conversation-changer magic that only actors have to start talking about the bullying epidemic amongst gay teens.

“I feel that they have just as many rights as I do to not be bullied,” Spacey says. “People have different reasons for the way they live their lives. You cannot put everyone's reasons in the same box. It's just a line I've never crossed and never will.”

But then Spacey goes on to say he would do one of those “It Gets Better” videos that all the openly gay celebs are doing these days.

He says, “Yeah. Absolutely. I'd do one of those… In the media they seem to think that's OK So if we stop using sexuality as a weapon against people maybe everyone will eventually get cool with it.”

Kevin also says the fact that he refuses to come out doesn’t mean he’s lying to himself. “I don't live a lie,” he says. “You have to understand that people who choose not to discuss their personal lives are not living a lie. That is a presumption that people jump to.”

I have to hand it to this reporter for getting all up in Spacey’s grill. But I’m pretty sure this is proof he’s going to take his “non-secret” to the grave.

This is gonna be one heck of a movie. Kevin Spacey has just signed on for Horrible Bosses.

Horrible Bosses is about three friends who conspire to murder their awful bosses when they realize they are standing in the way of their happiness.

Colin Farrell and Jennifer Aniston will play two of the three bosses, and Jamie Foxx has signed on to play a scam artist.

Jennifer Aniston is Sex Obsessed

Spacey will play Jason Bateman’s boss who is a master manipulator with an attractive wife.

New Line Cinema was reportedly talking to other big names such as Tom Cruise, Jeff Bridges and Philip Seymour Hoffman before signing on Kevin Spacey.

This movie has a bunch of A-listers so we’re hoping they make it somewhat entertaining. The plotline is definitely there so all we need is for the actors to step it up!

Kevin Spacey always seemed like a good guy to us, but there’s a restaurant waiter out there who disagrees!

A man named Peter Turner tells RadarOnline he was fired from his job after asking Kevin Spacey to stop smoking in the restaurant.

He says he approached Mr. Spacey’s table after being instructed by his manager, and Kevin reportedly went “ballistic.” Turner claims the actor said, "You're an aggressive prick."

Three days later, Turner claims he was fired from his job. Perhaps Spacey just isn’t into the kind of humor the server is, who allegedly told the table, "You're not allowed to smoke in here unless you're on fire."

Turner also claims Spacey said, "I need you to get the f*** away from my table.”

Apparently the manager warned Turner that the owner would probably be getting wind of the incident. He was told, "If the owner knew you pissed off Kevin Spacey, he'd have me fire you."

Now unemployed, Turner says he’s financially going to be in trouble. "I was banking on making somewhere between $12,000 and $18,000,” he said, “That's basically what I am out because someone thought that they were more privileged than anyone else.”

Madonna who? Guy Ritchie isn't waiting time shedding tears over his failed marriage to Madonna, in fact, he reportedly already has a new girlfriend.

Guy has been spending a lot of time with millionaire heiress Jemima Khan. The couple attended a London dinner party together earlier this month at PR honcho Matthew Freud and Elisabeth Murdoch's home, reports London's Telegraph.

And this past weekend, Guy and Jemima were spotted again at a star-studded holiday party that included guests Stella and Mary McCartney, Lily Allen, Simon Cowell, Mick Jagger and Kevin Spacey.

Jemima, who is divorced with two sons, has had her share of high profile boyfriends. She was once linked to Hugh Grant, and Simon Cowell has apparently has had an eye for her for quite some time. Wonder what Madonna thinks of her ex's new potential love?
Kevin Spacey can add college professor to his resume. He was appointed the Cameron Mackintosh Visiting Professor of Contemporary Theater at Oxford University's St. Catherine's College. As part of his role, Spacey will deliver seminars, lectures, and do workshops with the students.

He says, "It really is an honor for me to have been invited to follow such illustrious names and take up this role at Oxford. The university is steeped in tradition and has a great heritage in the arts and I look forward to working with students and staff."

Can you imagine showing up to class and Kevin Spacey being on hand to work with you on your craft?! These students must be stoked!
