Kevin Federline Arrives To Court

It's judgment day for Britney Spears! Her lawyers arrived at court a few minutes ago along with Kevin's lawyers. Kevin Ferderline cared enough to also attend the court hearing but unfortunately Britney was a no show.

As far as what might happen in court today famed attorney Neal Hersh says, "If the judge accepts Spears' explanation today as to why his orders weren't fulfilled...there's a chance that 50-50 custody will be reinstated – but it's a longshot."

What do you guys think, will Britney get her kids back today or be sent to rehab?
