Madonna topped a poll by Forbes magazine after making $110 million in the past year, mainly thanks to her sold-out 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour and lucrative endorsement deals.
In order to compile the list of the year's top earning musicians, Forbes considers money made from album sales, touring, publishing and endorsement deals from June 2008 and June 2009.
Forbes magazine's top 10 highest-earning musicians:
1 - Madonna - $110 million
2 -Celine Dion - $100 million
3 - Beyonce - $87 million
4 - Bruce Springsteen - $70 million
5 - Kenny Chesney - $65 million
6 - Coldplay - $60 million (tie)
6 - Rascal Flatts - $60 million (tie)
6 - AC/DC - $60 million (tie)
9 - The Eagles - $55 million
10 - Toby Keith - $53 million

His rep says, "Kenny Chesney is not getting married. He's not engaged. He's not planning on being engaged any time in the near future. In fact, he was surprised by the news and isn't sure how or why anyone would've gotten that idea."
Kenny also recently said, "I enjoy being a bachelor. I enjoy everything that comes along with it."
