Kelsey Grammer Fighting With Camille for Custody

Kelsey Grammer divorced ex-wife Camille only a few months ago, but has already remarried and now wants sole custody of his children.

Kelsey’s lawyer filed legal papers today in the L.A. County Superior Court.

According to sources, the estranged couple have been fighting over the children, and the kids are having a tough time accepting their father's leaving.

Ok, I made it a few sentences in, but I gotta address the elephant in the room. How do these two have children young enough to still need custody? We’re just gonna go ahead and keep ignoring that? Ok, cool.

Sources from Camille’s camp say she’s been busy being a full-time mom and that Kelsey has been uncooperative.

She has apparently offered Kelsey a 50-50 care split, which, judging by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I’m guessing means 50% of the time the kids are with him, and the other 50% they’re with one of ten nannies.
