Not too long ago, Kelsey filed for joint custody of his kids, and Camille has been fighting it ever since. Now she's claiming Kelsey only wants his son, Jude, to come live with him.
They have a daughter who, according to Camille, Kelsey doesn't care about. Her name is something or the other.
Camille is upset that Kelsey wants to take the children out of California, because Jude has learning problems and Mason wants to go to a local camp.
Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, says of the claims: "[Camille's lawyers'] statement is inaccurate, as indicated by our papers filed with the court today. Kelsey's priority is to protect both of his children and he will not make further comment, except that their statement is inaccurate."
Kelsey just filed legal documents asking a judge to come to an agreement for both him and Camille, since they can't seem to figure it out themselves.
According to the docs, three child custody experts are evaluating Camille, Kelsey and both kids to determine what the agreement will be. After the evaluations, Kelsey wants a trial. Sounds like a lot of work to take the kids from one miserable home to another.
A temporary arrangement is in place until July 2.
