Kelly Rutherford Gets Restraining Order Against Ex

Things are getting uglier between Kelly Rutherford and her ex husband Daniel Giersch. The Gossip Girl actress has just filed for a restraining order against him, claming he’s been threatening her and her nanny.

TMZ obtained the legal filing, which state that Giersh "has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us."

Kelly Rutherford has finally settled her ugly custody battle with her ex husband Daniel Giersch. After months of fighting over their one child (now two!), a judge has made a decision. Kelly and Daniel will share both legal and physical custody of Hermes, 2, and newborn Helena.

Congratulations to Kelly Rutherford who gave birth to a baby girl on Monday evening.

Kelly had her second chld via natural childbirth, reports Radar.

Chances are the baby daddy, Daniel Giersch, was not present while Kelly was giving birth because the two are currently involved in a pretty dirty custody battle.
