Kelly Osbourne is like the poster child for weight loss of 2010. I hope she’s writing daily thank-you notes to the producers of Dancing With the Stars for helping kickstart her dropping lbs. like they’re going out of style.
Kelly covers this month’s Shape in an itsy bitsy red bikini, and even has ab definition!
In the article, she admits to losing—get this—50 pounds over the last year, weighing in now at 112 lbs. Wowzer!
"I never thought in a million years I'd be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise," she tells the mag. "I'm rocking a bikini!"
So how’d she lose it? Thankfully, not the way most Hollywood starlets do (ahem, Lindsay Lohan). The mag says, “Kelly has continued to dance adding the Bar Method and Pilates to her healthy weight loss repertoire. Most importantly, she now eats balanced meals and has given up on crash diets.”
She’s never looked better. Congrats, Kelly!
