Rumor has it that Kelly Osbourne is engaged to her model boyfriend Luke Worrell. Kelly recently stepped out with a huge rock on her engagement finger, which added fuel to the fire.
Kelly, who just introduced Luke to her mum Sharon, said, "We get on so well together. I really do love him. Every time we are in each other's company, we always have a good time."
Sounds like wedding bells to us. Wonder how long this one will last though?...
