Okay, let me explain this title. So remember Punk’d? That MTV show where Ashton Kutcher wore a trucker hat and had ADD? Yeah, THAT ONE. Anyways, Punk’d is returning, except this time it won’t feature Ashton Kutcher, but rather a different celebrity host every week.

In a sneak peek for an upcoming episode, Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne act as hosts who Punk Khloe Kardashian into thinking that the food delivery guy has zipped his balls into his pants and it’s Khloe who has to make the weird 911 call.

Miley Cyrus hasn’t exactly been a squeaky clean Disney starlet for years now, but who knew she was a full blown stoner?

According to People magazine, during her private birthday bash at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Miley admitted she not only loves to smoke weed, she’s pretty much a hard core stoner.

"This is amazing," she says of a cake baked to look like known pot-smoker Bob Marley, "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a 'Bob Miley' cake. You know you smoke way too much f**king weed."

Miley’s pal Kelly Osbourne, who presented the cake to her, then said: "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.”

Two things: why was Kelly Osbourne in Miami and what did she do to get sent to the hospital?

The Fashion Police co-host was in Miami over the weekend to attend a casting call for Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line when she hit her head and suffered a concussion last night.

Osbourne tweeted this, “Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out,” says Osbourne and then, “I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me.”

And then she tweeted that more details would be revealed on her mother’s, Sharon Obsournes, talk show The Talk.

Well, technically, his fiancé is. On CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight, Jack Osbourne announced the news, saying:

"My life is absolutely insane right now. I guess technically I do have something to tell you. I'm about to be a father. I'm excited. I'm a little nervous, but I'm excited. It's going to be fun.”

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne were also on the show, and the grandparents-to-be were thrilled. Well, Sharon was thrilled. I can never tell what Ozzy is emoting.

"I'm in shock," the heavy metal legend said. Although he might be referring to years of drug abuse rather than the new baby.

Sharon added: "I'm happy because it's what Jack wants. And so I'm happy and I've always wanted to be a grandma.”
Some of our favorite stars spent years studying the art of acting—educating themselves onstage to perfect their craft. But for a select few, they got a break and decided to get the hell out of high school as fast as possible.

Most high school dropouts don't have much luck at finding a stable career path, but the entertainment industry is a totally different thing. It's a gamble, but if you get lucky, you can have a million dollar career with only a sixth grade education.

Here are 10 celebrity dropouts. But don't get delusional kids—stay in school.

Tracy Morgan: Why doesn't this surprise me? Tracy Morgan is funny, but part of his whole shtick is sounding dumb. "I'm glad I dropped out of high school, man. I wouldn’t be where I’m at. I would have had a net. I’m glad I didn’t have anything to fall back on, man, because that made me go for my dreams that much harder.”

The wild child. You know ‘em. The typical wild child is that girl at your high school who used to have blonde hair and played in the marching band and then overnight died her hair black and wore safety pins on her sleeves and always got sent home for being stoned.

They have those in Hollywood too. Except Hollywood wild-child’s get DUI’s and stumble out of Hollywood clubs in the middle of the morning only to be greeting by the flashing bulbs of TMZ’s paparazzi crew.

Here are the Top 5 Hollywood Wild Childs who are still stuck in their bad girl phrase and those former angry girls recently reformed.

Taylor Momsen: Former "Gossip Girl" star Taylor Momsen grew up on the upper east side (Well on TV at least) so really what does she have to rebel about? Never seen without raccoon eyes (what I call it when a girl goes overboard on the smoky-eye look), flaunting side boob and acting like her parents ruined her life; she is THE wild child of the younger generation.
There's about to be a what? GIRLFIGHT!

Well, Christina Aguilera called Kelly Osbourne fat, so Kelly Osbourne called Christina Aguilera fat and everyone was like omg i cant believe they called each other fat.

This is what really happened: during a recent episode of "who's bitchier than Joan Rivers?" I mean, E!'s "Fashion Police."
On Thursday, friends and family of Amy Winehouse gathered at one of the singer's favorite spots, Jazz After Dark. The venue is a London Jazz club Winehouse visited regularly.

The family wanted an intimate celebration of Amy's life, rather than a somber tribute to her death.

Winehouse's parents, Mitch and Janis, were present, along with Kelly Osbourne, Mark Ronson, Eliza Doolittle and Winehouse's boyfriend, Reg Traviss.

Childhood isn't an easy time for any of us. There's the awkwardness and the hormones--and that's just for starters. But for some, growing up is even more difficult. Here are ten celebrities who grew up with parents who were drug addicts.

Nicki Minaj Nicki's father was such a violent alcoholic and drug addict, he almost burnt down their family home in Trinidad. Minaj's mom sent her kids to the US to save them from his volatile behavior.

Halle Berry: According to Berry, her father was an abusive alcoholic. "I grew up with domestic violence, so I have a special place in my heart for women and children who suffer," Berry said in 2007. But the actresses’ estranged sister disputes the claims, saying their father was only a social drinker and never abused anyone.

Amy Winehouse had a really public battle with her drug and alcohol problems, overdosing in 2007 from heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and crystal meth. Her addictions got the best of her, but that didn’t stop Amy from becoming one of the most prominent artists of our time. Sadly, her most famous hit would become an ironic memento of her life.

Russell Brand took to his website to post a tribute to Amy, which doubled as an important message about the nature of addiction. So many celebs have struggled with drug and alcohol abuse. Sometimes they get the help they need, and other times, it’s too late.

Elton John: Elton’s addictions to alcohol and cocaine took their toll in 1975, when he overdosed during “Elton Week” in Los Angeles. He now cites getting sober as his greatest accomplishment.
