Kelly Clarkson and her boyfriend aren’t engaged yet, but they are “totally going to get married.”
Ok, that makes sort of sense? Does he know about the wedding because I always thought the dude has to propose first? That’s the thing, right?
Anyways, Kelly is so head over heels in love with her boyfriend Brandon Blackstock that she announced last week that the two are getting married, so when Kelly made an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Ellen just assumed she was engaged.
“You’re engaged? Congratulations,” Ellen tells the singer.
“I am not,” Kelly says with a laugh, “No, no. Everyone thinks we are. We’re not. We’ve actually been dating for nine months.”
But then Kelly adds, “We are totally going to get married. We love each other. We are totally going to get married one day. No, he has two children and I’m new…”
But here’s the kicker, Kelly laments, “I mean, he’s got to put a ring on it at some point.”
Hey dude, your GF just told two separate sources that she’s marrying you, when are you going to head over to Zales and pick up an engagement ring!?
However, when that day comes, she’s not going to plan one of those multi-million dollar celeb weddings you hear about on the cover of the glossy magazines.
“Honestly I’ve never been the girl to plan a wedding …We will totally, probably elope,” says Kelly.
Kelly is so in love, her heart looks like it’s about to burst out of her chest. If this guy breaks her heart, I can anticipate some Adele-style rage on her next album.
Kelly's famous last words are that she's just happy that this year she has someone to spend the Holidays with.
“I am not alone for the first time for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I am very happy,” Kelly tells Ellen.
