Alex and Kelly were both in Miami for Art Basel and they attended the same party hosted by Vito Schnabel, Alex Dellal and Stavros Niarchos.
“He had his arm ’round Kelly and they were flirting,” a witness told Page Six.
Let’s be real, this sounds like something Kelly Bensimon leaked herself to get some press.
She was the one so desperately seeking attention that she had paps taking her photo while on the beach in her bikini. We get it; you’re a cougar with a nice body!

In an interview with the Harper’s Bazaar magazine she discussed her freak-out on the show saying, “I’m not crazy. I am unpredictable. I am not in therapy.”
Well that settles it then. One of the basic rules of life (reiterated by cinema) is that anyone who vehemently insists on not being crazy eventually turns out to be telling the truth.
She continues the interview by saying, “I tell my girls, ‘Your mom gets paid to engage in inappropriate behavior.’ It’s an amazing opportunity for them to see that being mean is not okay.
“I tell them, ‘If you’re in a situation like this, walk out. Don’t come back with jelly beans.’”
If anyone had any doubt about her sanity, this statement should dispel it here and now. If she were crazy, would she be able to make such coherent comments? I think not!

In Touch reports that Kelly will go only partially nude for the December issue of the men’s mag.
According to an insider, her ex-husband, French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon, took the photos. “Kelly is a former model, so she will be a natural.”
Kelly obviously has a little soft spot for Playboy, since she came dressed as a bunny for a Halloween party she hosted last year.
Plus, we still don’t have confirmation that Real Housewives of NYC is getting picked back up, so girl has to make money somehow!

Kelly was arraigned in a NYC court on Thursday for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend Nicholas Stefanov.
According to news reports, Kelly, who is a former model, punched Stefanov in the face and split his cheek open. According to court documents, the two got into an argument, and she decided to take things to the next level. That girl knows a thing or two about ratings! Let’s hope this is on the season finale!
Despite the arrest, Kelly is maintaining her innocence.
Her lawyer says, “The charges are unfouncded.” But the boyfriend, Nicholas is singing a different tune. He says, “I have always been loyal and faithful to Kelly.”
She’s due back in court on March 31st. Kelly has only been around for a few weeks, and she’s already more interesting than the rest of the cast combined!
