Celebrities are known for doing whatever it takes for their careers. After all, the entertainment industry is a tough one, and it takes a strong commitment to your dreams in order to make it to the top. So it’s both interesting and very romantic when famous people decide to put their relationships before their careers. Sometimes, though, it’s stupid. But either way, in honor of Valentine’s Day, we’ve rounded up a handful of celebs who have sacrificed something for love.

Kellie and her beau Kyle Jacobs said "I do" in an imitate ceremony on New Years day.
They exchanged vows in a "small, intimate ceremony on a private island in the Caribbean," her rep tells People.
Kellie and Kyle got engaged on June 15, 2010, when Kyle popped the question on a Florida beach. There were so many engagements and weddings over the holiday, it's been hard to keep track. Wonder who will be the first to call it quits?

“MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! Just wanted to send my love to all of you for blessing me with a wonderful year! I hope that you are able to spend your holiday season with good company and people you love. One of my friends (Meghan) from college and I randomly decided to have a girls week and come to the Bahamas for Christmas. The weather has been a little disappointing since we’ve been here….there has been an overcast everyday and it rained all day yesterday! I guess Meghan and I were good girls this year because Santa brought us sunshine today!!! WAHoooo!! So having said that I’m not wasting any time… we’re hitting the water slides!!!! love you all so much! happy holidays!! xoxo pickler. PS: Don’t forget to look for me on Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve on ABC!!! :)”

The two will hang in Times Square with the millions of tourists that think it's a good idea to be there on NYE, and eventually count down to 2009.
Maybe Ryan can sneak in a New Year's kiss with Kellie? Come to think of it, they'd make a pretty cute couple!
