Katy Perry’s cameo on ‘Raising Hope’ was featured on Fox last night, and it basically involved a bunch of sexual innuendos using the word “beaver.”
Sporting a frizzy red wig and a light mustache, Katy played Rikki, a scary but slow-witted prison guard.
“Now it’s time to sell some cookies and get your little beaver badge,” Katy says to the character Sabrina, played by Shannon Woodward. “These guys haven’t seen cookies or little beavers in a long time.”
Perry and Woodward are actually best friends in real life, so I’m sure that helped to lessen the challenge of this scene.
Meanwhile, Katy seems to be moving on from her split with Russell Brand rather well. According to ShowbizSpy, the star is now at the “top of her game.”
A source revealed: “Katy doesn’t even mention Russell’s name. She has never looked or seemed better. She is on the top of her game right now, and Russell is the last thing on her mind.”
The source added: “Katy doesn’t want to know about what Russell is doing now. She really doesn’t even care what he’s doing.”
And remember that Part of Me song that Katy sang at the Grammys and it sounded like she was singing it to Russell? Perry denies it was a response to their split.
“I wrote it two years ago,” the singer said. “Some people that I work with were like, ‘You should just say you wrote it a couple of weeks ago. I’m like, ‘I’m not a d-ck, I’m going to tell the truth.”
