Katy Perry to Host Teen Choice Awards

Katy Perry is putting wedding planning on hold for a hot minute to take on a new role--hosting!

Katy is set to host the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, which will air on Monday, August 9th at 9PM ET/PT on FOX.

She's going to co-host the show, but her partner in crime hasn't been announced yet. She's also going to perform! That's a big dose of Katy.

The Teen Choice Awards will award the coveted Teen Choice Surfboard awards to the year's coolest stars in categories such as Choice TV Villain, Choice Scene Stealer and the newest entry, Choice Country Music Artist.

Who do you think Katy's co-host should be? Justin Bieber? Russell Brand? The possibilities are endless!
