Katy Perry Shoots Down Benji Madden Rumors

Katy Perry is still single, guys! Despite the rumors of Katy Perry hooking up with Benji Madden, she is still on the market.

People magazine claimed to have spotted the two getting cozy at a Vegas nightclub on Valentine’s Day, but it’s apparently false information.

Katy took to her blog to clear up the rumors, attributing the story to just media embellishment. She wrote today:

“oh kittens! It’s two pseudo famous people sitting next to each other… doesn’t mean we were bumping uglies! You know I don’t just do that with anyone!

"That’s just how the media works, as you can tell. I was there celebrating a really fun show and a boozy valentines with all my good friends. We were like a group of 25! Benji is a nice young fellow, but my heart really belongs to kitty purry/markus molinari. Hope your vagina day was as FUN as mine. Definitely not too heart breaking :)”

"Well at least Katy has a sense of humor about it, unlike so many other celebs who get their panties in a bunch over just a rumor! We were kind of looking forward to a cat fight though between Katy and Paris Hilton!
