The two were seen hanging out together at LAVO following Perry's concert. Many "observers" saw the two "cuddling" throughout the night and we all know friends don't "cuddle."
Just recently, Benji Madden was reportedly hooking up with
Audrina Patridge. Thankfully, those rumors were not true!
