Katie Holmes and her family are mourning the loss of Katie's sisters husband after he was found dead on April 12th.
Joseph Jeffrey Fretti, the husband of Holmes' eldest sister Tamera, was found dead in his mother Shirley's home in Sarasota, Florida. He was 48.
The cause of death is still undetermined, but according to RadarOnline.com, foul play or suicide is unlikely.
Katie is expected to attend a funeral for Fretti in Toledo's Gesu Church on April 20th. So tragic! Our hearts and deepest condolences go out to the family!
