Comedian Kathy Griffin is suing the owners of the website KathyGriffin.com for using her name without permission.
Kathy has filed a $100,000 lawsuit against the people operating the site. According to the lawsuit, "The harm to [Kathy Griffin] is direct and palpable."
The suit also claims that with Kathy's notoriety they are "reaping the uncompensated benefit from the unauthorized use of her name and identity."

If it wasn't for Ashton Kutcher's little show "Pop Fiction," we would be really surprised (and outraged) to see Kathy Griffin shopping at Victoria's Secret with Britney Spears' ex-boy toy Adnan Ghalib in Beverly Hills.
Kathy and Adnan smiled happily for the dozen paparazzi's that were following them down Rodeo Drive.
