Get that money out while you can! When Michael Jackson passed away in 2009, he was deeply in debt. I'm no mathematician, but aren't all popstars supposed to be rich? I just assume that Michael Jackson traveled with a trailer full of gold bars, at all times. Regardless, Michael's estate was in debt when he died, but since then the estate has generated more than $310 million.

Now the estate is set to donate $30 million to his mother, Katherine Jackson, and his three children Prince Michael, 14, Paris, and Blanket, 9.

Katherine also wants to put the families famous Encino home up for sale. It was appraised at $4.15 million in 2010, but since then it has undergone extensive renovation and think they can get more for it.

Katherine Jackson has spoken out for the first time since Michael Jackson’s death! Sources tell CNN that Katherine allowed Oprah into her home in Encino, California over the weekend.

The insider says Oprah and her production team arrived on Saturday for the taped interview. The source could very well be someone who was on the actual production team, since they asked not to be identified because media was not supposed to find out.

This is the first interview Katherine has done since Michael’s death last year, except for one interview she did for a documentary.

There’s been no comment from Oprah’s team. But sources did tell TMZ that Oprah herself was at the Jackson residence, and they have the first photos of Oprah getting a tour of the property as well.

No word yet on whether Katherine and/or Joe Jackson will also do a live segment on the show. We hope so—we’re very interested to hear what they have to say about everything that’s gone down the past year.

The Jackson family is so sue happy, we've lost count of how many people they've sued since Michael Jackson's death.

Michael's mother Katherine Jackson is the latest family member to jump on the bandwagon. She's suing concert promoters AEG Live for putting Michael is harms way.

The lawsuit claims that Michael was disoriented and shivering at his final rehearsal for his shows at the UK capital’s 02 Arena, adding: “AEG had legal duties to Michael Jackson to treat him safely and to not put him in harm’s way.

“But AEG, despite its knowledge of Michael Jackson’s physical condition, breached those duties by putting its desire for massive profits from the tour over the health and safety of Michael Jackson.”

Also revealed in the lawsuit, it is alleged Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with the involuntary manslaughter of the singer, made medical decisions under the control of the company, who were paying him $150,000 a month to work as his private physician.

According to the suit: “AEG knew or should have known that it was jeopardizing Jackson’s health and safety by assuming control over the doctor-patient relationship between Jackson and Murray, and by directing and influencing Murray to act without regard to medical safety standards.”

It also accused AEG’s “actions and inactions” to leave the world without “its most celebrated entertainer."

The lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday at the Los Angeles Superior Court, adds: "Due to AEG's actions and inactions, three loving children lost their father, a loving mother and father lost their son, the Jackson siblings lost their brother, and the world lost its most celebrated entertainer.”

Katherine, who was named the guardian of Michael's three kids Prince Michael, 13 Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket, claims they to have been put in “harm’s way” by the company.

While dealing with the loss of a child is never easy, the Jackson's seem to blame AEG for all of Michael's problems, which isn't necessarily the case. Story developing...

Nothing lasts forever--especially in the world of entertainment. Just ask Michael Jackson's parents, who after 60 years of marriage are finally calling it quits.

MJ's mother Katherine Jackson is reportedly tired of her husband Joe's cruel behavior and wants to legally separate.

They've been estranged for over five years now, but Katherine simply doesn't want to be married to Joe anymore. And we don't blame her!

According to a report by Showbiz411, a source says of the alleged divorce explained, "She’s never gotten over [Joe Jackson blaming her for Michael's death]."

Joe lashed out at Katherine in the press for not intruding in Michael's life more. "I begged her to go over and stay with him, but she insisted he needed his privacy," he said after Michael's death.

So what took Katherine so long to finally kick him to the curb? She's said to be reluctant to officially end the marriage, because as a Jehovah's Witness she doesn't believe in divorce.
The entire world is still coping with the sudden death of Michael Jackson, who passed away one year ago June 25th.

But imagine how his children must feel. Paris, Prince Michael, and Blanket have been under the watchful eye of their grandmother Katherine Jackson. But Michaels’ former manager Dieter Weisner fears what will happen to them once Katherine is no longer capable of guardianship.

Michael Jackson's Kids Have No Friends

They’re “coping well,” Weisner told German magazine Gala. "It's obvious their world has completely changed after Michael's death. It's still a difficult situation but they're coping well. Blanket and Paris are quite outgoing, Prince is rather quiet."

Michael Jackson's Brother Against Memorial Tribute

He had kind words about Katherine saying, "They're being taken care of. Katherine is a good-hearted woman.

"But,” he added, “As far as I know it hasn't been decided what will happen when Katherine can't do it anymore. Let's put it this way - it could become a huge contentious issue within the family. A lot of things are still in the open."

A lot is sure to change in the children’s near future. As Katherine mentioned this week in an interview, the children are being shipped off to private school next year, after having been home-schooled their entire lives. How’s that for a shock?

We just hope they’re not bullied in school. Being the new kid is never easy, so imagine starting school for the first time at their ages? Those poor kids are going to need years to adjust!
This week marks the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death and his family is still feuding about anything MJ.

Michael's brother Randy has come out and said he doesn't support plans for a Michael Jackson Memorial Tribute in their hometown of Gary, Indiana, even though his mother Katherine loves the idea.

Writing in a number of twitter posts, Randy said: “Hello everyone, I'm back and healthy. Thank you for your loving comments and prayers. Thank you all, but there is so much to address in such little time. Where should I start?

“Let’s start with my family. There is a common concern about their lack of support and unity especially now that we're approaching June 25th.

"please understand im going to be direct and to the point because there is such little time but your support speeds up the process. This is a very difficult time for me and my family. I read your tweets and we share the same frustration. I see what you see and I dont agree with many of their choices but they are my family and i do love them.

“Surprising as it may seem, this is the case.... Im putting myself in the hot seat. I have nothing to lose.. I am not in support of the Gary event/trip or whatever it is... Im tired but I promise to continue this discussion first thing in the morn."

Regardless of how Randy feels about the memorial, Katherine Jackson will attend the memorial service because she thinks it's what Michael would have wanted.
One would think that being Michael Jackson's kids would make you the most popular kid on the block, but according to Michael's mother Katherine, his three kids, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket have no friends at all.

Katherine admits that Michael's children have been home schooled their entire lives and have never had the chance to socialize with other kids.

Katherine told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "They don't have any friends. They don't go to school, they have private lessons at home - but that will change in September, when they are due to enroll at private [school]. But they have their cousins and aunts and uncles around them constantly, and that's helped them immensely."

She added, "To them, it's normal, it's the life they have known. They have a certain time to go to bed, then they get up and get dressed for lessons. They practice karate and swim, which they love.”

This week marks the one year anniversary of Michael's death and Katherine admits that of his three children, Paris reminds her of Michael the most.

She said, "Paris has that lovely way, just like him, and I see his talent in her. Whatever she does, she is very good at it. She's a good artist, she plays the piano and she wants to be an actress. Prince is serious about a lot of things. He wants to be a cameraman or produce movies. He is dedicated to that, like Michael was. And Blanket is very playful, like Michael was."

Michael's memorial ground will be open to the public for the first time ever this coming Friday, June 25th at Forest Lawn Memorial park in Glendale, CA., so if you're in the area, stop by. You'll always be missed Michael!

And it's on! Joe Jackson blasted Katherine Jackson yesterday insisting she was responsible for Michael Jackson's death. And just one day later Katherine's big shot lawyers are going after crazy Joe.

Katherine's lawyers have blasted Joe's “preposterous” claims she was responsible for their son Michael’s death. Joe claims that Katherine is to blame for MJ's death because she refused to force him to seek help for prescription drug addiction, but her lawyers have now hit out at Joe and his stupid comments.

Joe Jackson: Michael's Mom is Responsible for His Death

Katherine’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, told TMZ: “The world knows that Mrs. Jackson has always been a loving mother and grandmother, and that she and Michael had a very special relationship. The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget."

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the Michael Jackson estate, added: "The inference by Joe Jackson that Mrs. Jackson was in any way responsible for Michael's death is preposterous. Katherine Jackson was a supportive and loving mother throughout Michael's life. His love and respect for her is reflected in his estate plan."

Joe Jackson: AEG is Responsible for Michael's Death

According to both lawyers, Joe received nothing in Michael’s will and relies on an allowance from Katherine, who raises MJ's children Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and Prince Michael II, eight.

Joe has been trying to squeeze money out of the estate since MJ passed, but has been unsuccessful so far. When MJ was alive he made it pretty clear that he never liked nor trusted his father. He loved his mom and often spoke very highly of her. MJ fans know the truth, so Joe can keep running his mouth and placing blame, but we all know how MJ felt about him.
When it comes to Michael Jackson's death, Joe Jackson is ready to point fingers to anyone within a 10 foot radius of him.

Last week he blamed AEG and this week his target is Michael's mother Katherine. Joe sat down with the News of the World to talk about Michael's death and how he blames Katherine for not stepping in to save him.

Joe Jackson: AEG to Blame for Michael's Death

In the video he says, "As a mother you know, mothers always the one the sons looks up to. I wanted her to step in and go in and say, look Mike a bit. Keep him cheered up, because you know if your mother’s around you the son, I would think, would feel better."

“But she didn’t want to do that,” he continued, “because she was afraid that she was invading his privacy. And so I thought that, and we argued about that several times. And she says, I think Katherine if you don’t go and er…and er see him be with him or otherwise. He ain’t going to be with us too long.”

If he was so concerned about Michael's well being he should have stepped in and tried to save him.

He had no problem stepping in and asking for money but when his son was in need of help he turned his cheek and told his mother to take care of? No wonder Michael didn't want anything to do with his father!
