Could Katherine Heigl have a bun in the oven? She’s sparked new rumors that she may be pregnant with her first child after being photographed with her husband Josh Kelley over the weekend.

Katherine, who usually has a cigarette in hand, was spotted sucking on a lollipop instead, while she and Josh shopped in LA. And it wasn’t any old shopping trip—the two picked out a baby stroller at Beverly Hills boutique Bel Bambini!!

Katherine donned a lose-fitting turquoise dress that could very well be hiding an impending baby bump! She and Josh have been married since 2007, so this would make perfect sense! She nor her rep have commented on the allegations.
