Hopefully Pam will do something for the ratings, which only managed to bring in 5.1 million viewers last Thursday night. This is a huge drop from the premiere episode in October which drew in 7.5 million. But NBC has faith in the show, and hasn’t canned it, not yet anyway. Can Pamela give the show the boost it needs?

As the office turns, indeed. This dawning season has already boasted plenty of interesting character growth (or regression) and solid soapy satire. Pam is spreading her wings in art school; Jim proposed to Pam; Ryan fell down the corporate ladder; Andy is futilely wooing Angela as she secretly couples with Dwight; and high-maintenance Jan is preggers. Speaking of that pregnancy, Michael prepares for her delivery tonight, practicing various birthing situations with Dwight. And for Jan's benefit, Michael gives the false impression that he dislikes Holly (Amy Ryan).
Grey's Anatomy @ 9pm
Ellis Grey might have gone on to that great OR in the sky, but her spirit doesn't seem to have gone too far. Indeed, it has to be a major component of the cloud that's always hovering over Meredith's head. And tonight the forecast calls for stormy weather after Derek finds mommy dearest's old diary in Meredith's house. Meanwhile, you can expect a new Callie-Erica development (now officially "dating"). And how did George do on his resident's exam? Perhaps we'll find out tonight.
Smallville @ 8pm
A psychotic jeweler (David Lewis) kidnaps Jimmy and Chloe after their engagement party and subjects them to a shocking lie-detector test. Posing as a couple while trying to find their friends, Lois and Clark are also forced to answer questions about their feelings for each other.
Kath and Kim @ 8:30pm
Hot new funny show alert! A comedic look at the contentious relationship of a dysfunctional mother-daughter duo and their adventures in middle-class suburbia. Tonight, Kath promotes her hair salon in a booth at the mall and asks Kim to model her edgy designs. Meanwhile, Craig's first day at a new job doesn't go well.

Kath & Kim: You can't go wrong with Molly Shannon and Selma Blair. They star as mom and daughter in this revival of the Australian series. Kim, fresh off separating from her husband, moves back in with her cougar-like mom Kath. It premieres Thursday, October 9th at 8:30 on NBC.
90210: Possibly the most anticipated new show of the Fall, it's also going to be the most criticized. Loyal 9-0 fans can't seem to get around the idea that our favorite characters are getting a whole new look. The show has saved itself by giving Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty lead roles though. It premieres Tuesday, September 2nd, at 8PM on the CW.
Do Not Disturb: We're excited for this show, simply because of the leads: Jerry O'Connell and Niecey Nash. Not to mention the fact that it's being directed by Jason Bateman. The show is about one of NYC's hottest hotels, The Inn. Behind the posh décor, a lot of shenanigans ensues! It premieres Wednesday, September 10th, at 9:30PM on Fox.
Fringe: Pacey's back! Ok, we should really start calling him by his real name. Joshua Jackson stars in this mysterious series about a plane crash that leaves everyone dead. Jackson and his estranged father who is a genius, played by John Noble, are contacted by the FBI for assistance. It premieres Tuesday September 9th at 8PM on Fox.
Knight Rider:
No need to hassle the Hoff because there's a new guy riding KIT. It's Michael Knight's son, Mike Traceur, played by Justin Bruening. Mike, no drinking and driving! It premieres Wednesday, September 24th at 8PM on NBC.
The Ex List: Elizabeth Reaser stars as a thirtysomething who goes to a psychic to find out her future husband is someone she's already dated! And if she doesn't find him in the next year, she's single for good. That's reason enough not to date! Start checking the BlackBerry! It premieres Friday, October 3rd at 9PM on CBS.
My Own Worst Enemy: Christian Slater takes his acting chops to the small screen in this complicated story. He plays a father and husband in suburbia, who lies to his family to conceal his altar ego- secret Agent Edward Albright, who is trained to kill. It premieres Monday, October 13th at 10PM on NBC.
Privileged: JoAnna Garcia plays a Yale grad who gets a job as a live-in tutor of twin 16-year-old heiresses in Palm Beach Florida. See what an Ivy Leage education will get ya! It premieres Tuesday September 9th at 9PM on the CW.
Gary Unmarried: Jay Mohr, who always brings the funny, plays a contractor recovering from a messy divorce from his wife of 15 years. He has a new girlfriend, who has her own kid, and surprise, surprise, the wife is still hanging around. It premieres Wednesday September 24th at 8:30PM on CBS.
Life On Mars: Holy bellbottoms! NYPD detective Sam Tyler wakes up and it's suddenly 1973! We're talking 'Nam, dangerous streets, and no new technology to help him through the way. It'll make you miss your Bluetooth. It premieres Thursday October 9th at 10PM on ABC.
The Mentalist: Hottie Simon Baker stars as Agent Patrick Jane of the California Bureau of Investigation. Not only is he good looking, but he's also a psychic, and uses his power to solve crimes. Some guys get all the luck. It premieres Tuesday September 23rd at 9PM on CBS.
