Kate Moss is who she is and she doesn’t find the need to change for other people to like her or approve of her. That’s why she doesn’t quit smoking. Aside from the fact that smoking is bad for her health, she thinks that it’s just who she is and she doesn’t find the need to quit for anyone.

She says, "It's who I am. I don't want to create a phony facade. I think I just have to be myself, otherwise I'd just be a paranoid mess."

Atleast she’s honest about it and not fake! Lindsay Lohan still tries to pretend that she doesn’t smoke.
