We hear that only after 5 minutes of displaying the paintings of the supermodel, they were snatched for over five times the estimated value.

The six-silkscreen prints of the British babe, which reflect Andy Warhol's iconic Marilyn Monroe series, prompted frantic bidding at Sotheby's modern art sale. Originally valued at £10,000 they eventually fetched £50,000; the winning bid coming from a US-based private collector.

Meanwhile Kate has been getting creative herself. The supermodel joined boyfriend Pete Doherty on stage at his Babyshambles gig in Florence on Thursday. Kate rocked the house when she took to the microphone alongside her beau.
