Apparently, there was a rumor that Kate Middleton is pregnant, but don't get too excited, because it's not true.
"Kate is not pregnant or about to make a pregnancy announcement," a source told Us Weekly.
Kate has been skiing in France and was also spotted drinking on St. Patrick's Day recently, so yeah. She's either not pregnant, or the worst mom ever.
Pregnancy rumors first started in November, when Kate refused to eat a peanut paste while visiting Denmark. And really, that's all it takes for us to go with a baby rumor. 'She didn't eat paste? Oh, that is sooo typical of pregnant ladies. She's having a baby. It's a boy. She's gonna name it Leif. And is Justin Timberlake the godfather?'
But while Will and Kate aren't currently pregnant, they are ready for a baby, according to People. According to the mag, insiders say "Prince William and Kate have babies on the brain."
Royal watchers cite the following as evidence: They quietly decided to "shelf" an anticipated trip to Africa, and the Palace has been especially sensitive to speculation on the subject. According to People:
"Veteran royal watchers say the couple is poised to start a family sooner rather than later."
But they're probably not going to announce any news before the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebration this summer.
"They will let nature and life take its course," says a royal source.
The mag also points out that the couple's first anniversary is approaching (April 29). More importantly, though, it's the anniversary of me blacking out on Pimms cups as I struggled to stay awake and watch the news.
