Kate Middleton has arrived… to her-first-outing-since-getting-crazy-bad-morning-sickness-and-had-to-live-at-the-hospital-for-a-few-days!
Screw morning sickness, Kate Middleton looked flawless as she presented awards at the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year Awards with none other than David Beckham.
To be fair, one can never stand next to David Beckham without looking one’s best, so she kind of had no option but to look perfect.
Kate rocked a dark green Alexander McQueen dress, and you can’t tell from the photos, but it had a very high leg slit. I guess when you’re hiding a baby bump, make sure the eyes land on your thighs?
Speaking of baby bump, does she have one? Kate is so thin you can’t even see her bump yet!
Kate wasn’t scheduled to appear at the event, because they weren’t sure if she would be well enough, but since Kate is the ambassador for the British Olympics and Paralympics teams, Kate’s appearance at the event was announced last minute.
“A decision wasn’t made until the very last minute due to Catherine’s health,” says a Palace source, “She doesn’t feel well enough to carry out a lengthy engagement but was determined to pay tribute to [Team GB sportsmen and women].”
Kate didn’t make an official speech but did share a few words with the honorees.
