Watch out world...Kate Middleton is back on her feet!
Following a brief, four-day stay at the hospital for what has been officially reported as “very acute morning sickness,” the Duchess of Cambridge is back in action. On Thursday, Kate left the hospital, appearing as chic as ever alongside her doting husband Will.
People magazine is reporting that the couple left King Edward VII hospital at 10:45 a.m.
Before getting into the car that would take her back home, Kate stood her ground in front of the awaiting press and fielded a few questions. She wore a navy checked overcoat, a scarf, and held a bouquet of yellow roses. Meanwhile, Prince William looked casual in an opened collar shirt and blue sweater.
Photos from the scene confirm reports from close sources that the Duchess is “glowing” in her early days with child.
The dramatic exit comes after a four-day, three night stay at the King Edward VII's medical establishment. Being the true charmer that he is, Will was by her side each and every day.
Also, on Wednesday, the princess was paid a visit by her sister Pippa, brother James, and mother Carole.
Hollyscoop previously reported that Kate was admitted shortly after the pregnancy announcement on Monday for Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an “acute morning sickness, which requires supplementary hydration and nutrients.”
As evidenced in the original press release, the hospital stay was expected to last a few days.
“The pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days,” the statement read. “[She] will require a period of rest thereafter.”
