As one of the most photographed couples in the world, how did Kate Middleton and Prince William manage to arrive at St. Mary's Hospital and not get their picture taken?
Kate and Will were driven to the scene in two cars just before six in the morning.
At around 5:30 a.m. a security convoy showed up to scout and survey the area.
The royal couple came in two vehicles, a sedan and a town car, on side roads behind St. Mary’s Hospital’s exclusive Lindo Wing.
They took the rear entrance, which is only two or three steps across a narrow sidewalk from the car to the hospital door—small enough to trot past waiting paparazzi.
Kate is currently being looked after and ministered by Queen Elizabeth II’s former gynecologist.
There are also reports that Kate’s mother, Carole, and sister, Pippa, are already en route to the hospital.
