Considering she's already a pro at this (she also dated Owen Wilson), you'd think she would at least remember to tell him they're over--right?

Sources tell Ok! Magazine that, "Dax got a phone call about it from a friend. He's upset that she didn't bother to say anything to him."

Someone should watch after Dax, we all know what happens to the last guy Kate dated and dumped.
