I guess all that “Glee” money is coming in handy.
Kate Hudson, who guest stars on the fourth season of the hit FOX musical series, has reportedly splashed a pile of cash on a multi-million dollar Los Angeles pad—Best part about this story is that the house she purchased is directly next door to where she currently lives.
The actress and her fiancé Matt Bellamy spent $5.3 million on the 7,014 square foot house, which is located in the Pacific Palisades.
According to the RealEstalker.com, the house is immediately next door to the house she has lived in for nearly ten years now. She also spent a good portion of her childhood in the cozy, yet upscale L.A. neighborhood.
The house is a five-bedroom, six and a half-bath spread. Photos of property reveal a breezy estate with tucked away feel.
Features, according to the post, showcase a traditional look, with an updated core: “…a generously proportioned formal living room with fireplace, an oak-paneled dining room and mahogany-paneled library with built-in book cases, fireplace and vaulted ceiling.”
Outside, there’s a large patio overlooking an adorably awesome property, complete with a white picket fence, rose bushes, and a custom-built pool.
Oddly, Kate shows no plans of selling her current property and it’s anyone’s guess what her next move is—My vote is to just build a tunnel connecting the two properties to create “Super House!”
Oh, also, Adam Sandler lives across the street in a $12 million house of his own. Maybe they can exchange jello platters or something.
