Kate Gosselin Lands New Reality Show

When one door closes, another one opens! Just weeks after reportedly getting fired off of a talk show pilot, Kate Gosselin has landed a new gig.

She’s now set to return to television later this year back on her home turf of TLC. Her new show will feature the mom of eight “trying different jobs and tasks and showing how she performs in the different environments.”

According to The Wrap, Kate’s different professions and challenges will be determined by the audience. "It's more like Kate Gosselin, firefighter," noted a production source, "not Kate Gosselin, wife and homemaker."

Discovery, which owns TLC, added, "She's proven herself to be a celebrity in her own right, and, with the interest she generates, she can fit into any role on her own."

The show is tentatively scheduled to debut in late spring or early summer. Sounds a little odd to us. It’s not normal for a woman who was on every tabloid cover this past year to suddenly want a normal life and regular job.

She’s going to have to be on shows like this for the rest of her life! We hope those poor kids don’t get dragged into this!
