Kate Gosselin Files for Child Support

If Jon Gosselin thought he could withdraw $200,000 from his joint bank account with Kate Gosselin and get away with it, he had another thing coming.

Kate has not only filed for child support for their eight kids, she wants spousal support as well. Take that Jon!

"She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator's decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes," says Mark Momjian, one of their divorce attorneys.

Kate filed the paperwork for child and spousal support right after she filed an emergency petition asking a Montgomery County judge to order Jon to return the $200,000+ thousand that went missing from their account.

"We are hoping in the next few days we can all do some bookkeeping," Mark Heller, Jon's divorce attorney says. "I'm pretty sure this can come to a cordial resolution."

Cordial isn't exactly how we'd describe this divorce. We have a feeling things are about to get real nasty between these two. Stay tuned!
