Jon Gosselin Takes Money From Kate's Account

Jon Gosselin keeps proving to the world that he is in fact the big douchebag that we all thought he was.

Kate Gosselin will be heading to court on Monday to take legal action her estranged husband because according to Radar Online, Jon has cleared out the their bank account leaving her with only $1000.

It was a very dramatic week for the Gosselin's. It started with Jon being dropped from 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' which led to him halting production on their TV show and now he has stooped as low as taking money from Kate.

This is all pretty sad because the only people this is all hurting is the children. Those kids are gonna grow up and realize that their dad was a selfish opportunist that left mommy to be with younger women and act dumb.

KTY GIRL: You obviously dont have a clue what you are talking about. If you are in a joint account. You either one have the power to withdraw moneies at any time. All you have to do is write a check.

That just goes to show that he does not care about his kids. Evan though he hates kate, She is still the mother of his children and she needs money to take care of them. How could he leave his kids without money. He is the worlds biggest hypocrite. He didn't mind the children being in front of the camera when he was a part of the show, but now that he is kicked off the show for immoral behavior, he objects to them being in front of the cameras. He is the biggest loser.

A-List - the rules of the joint account do not apply when the funds within the account are frozen by court order. Jon had to agree with the court as pertained to the joint funds as they are suppose to be as stated in the divorce action. The court does not need to send the order to the bank. They can also put Jon in jail for contempt of the court with his actions. His behavior shows that he does not care if his kids have a home to live in, food on the table, quality healthcare, etc. I believe the kids will realize that their father deserted them for a younger women, fun trips, personal clothing and rent on a apt in NY city.

Okay, here I go again....from what I understand it is a "joint account" which means legally he OR she can take out as much money as they want individually. A joint account must read Jon OR Kate and it must have because if it read Jon AND Kate you would then need two signatures to withdraw. This happens all the time in divorce cases.

He was on Larry King Live last night. I fell asleep before it was over, but I probably didn't miss much, as he really didn't make a whole lot of sense to me and seemed to be talking out of both sides of his mouth. Sooooooooooo.......he *so* doesn't like the show and how it exploits his kids (something he gave no thought to until his piggish actions got him kicked off it), but it's obvious that he still seems to enjoy the cha-CHING part! OINK!
