Kate Gosselin May Go Back to Nursing

Yesterday Kate Gosselin was considering becoming an actress, today she's thinking about going back to nursing and tomorrow she'll probably want to be an astronaut.

The reality show mom, that refuses to leave the spotlight, realizes she's going to have to do some kind of work once her TLC show is over in November, so she's considering going back to her roots.

She renewed her registration as a nurse with the Pennsylvania Department of State Oct. 26th.

Jon Gosselin got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. The douchey dad thought he could take over $200K out of the joint account he shares with Kate Gosselin and get away with it. But he had another thing coming.

Another case of he-said, she-said. Earlier today Jon Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller made a public statement about how Jon was in "complete compliance" because he returned the $180K to a joint account he shares with Kate Gosselin. But according to Kate, most of the money is still missing.

Jon Gosselin Returns Money to Joint Bank Account

Jon Gosselin became a little less douchey thing morning after returning $180,000 he took from a joint account he shared with Kate Gosselin.

According to Jon's lawyer Mark Heller, he's now in "complete compliance" with the court and the only thing left is for Kate to return the $55,000 she had withdrawn for household expenses.

"Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday," lawyer Mark Heller told People on Friday.

Jon Gosselin's Lawyer Responds to Lawsuit

Jon Gosselin's attorney Mark Gay Heller has just responded to the lawsuit by TLC. He released a statement on behalf of his client saying that Jon had not been served papers, and that the network was doing this all for publicity.
