Kate Bosworth Acts A Little Bitchy

Kate Bosworth

It's pretty obnoxious when Americans go to Europe for a year and come back with an accent. It happened to Madonna permanently, Gwyneth Paltrow half the time, and now Kate Bosworth is doing it.

She was on Jimmy Kimmel last night and explained what she did for her friend's bachelorette party. Boooooor-ing. Watch this video, and tell us if she comes off condescending towards Jimmy.

She was NOT condescending towards Jimmy. I thought she was friendly and sweet. JMHO.

I don't think it was a blatant attempt at having an Australian accent. Believe it or not, if you are in an environment for a long period of time, you tend to pick up the accent. (think of northerns who spend time down south, same exact thing)

yes yes this is very true when u get to mingle around with the locals alot! every single day you will be communicating with the locals so its not surprising that you will pick up the accent. but actually its up to a person whether he/she wants to stick with that accent or back to own accent.

No. You do not naturally "pick up" accents. The british one is especially hard to "pick up." I lived in London for a couple years, and you might pick up slang, expressions and certain intonations, but what she has going on here is pure farce.
