Kate Beckinsale has decided to give up on driving altogether. LA is a pretty tough city to live in without a car. Luckily, Kate can probably afford a driver, which is more fun anyway. She recently took a DMV test and failed.
She says, "I applied for my permit and then I failed the written test. It was 'how many units of alcohol are you permitted to have' I don't know that. My daughter's nine. Soon she will have passed her test, then she can drive me around. Or I'll get one of those old persons' motorized chairs."
