Kat Von D Explains Good Day LA Snub
Good day, L.A.? Not for Kat Von D.

After getting bashed by Good Day L.A. hosts and producers for storming offset before an interview, Kat Von D is fighting back. She says she agreed to answer a question about her recent breakup with Jesse James. But the only condition she asked for was that the anchor didn’t mention the split during her introduction.

Hilariously, that's exactly what they did. Anchor Jeff Michael read an introduction that was all about the breakup. And they also showed footage of L.A. Ink in which Von D gets a massive tattoo of Jesse James' face.

Kat claims she saw what was on the teleprompter even before Jeff read it, and she pulled a producer aside to ask him to change it, but nothing happened, so she split.

Kat says she "very politely" informed them that if it wasn't changed, she wouldn't go on. But later in the show, an executive producer said Kat's only request was not to bring up Sandra Bullock or Michelle McGee, one of James' ex mistresses.

At any rate, Kat says, "I have no interest in going back on, but I wish them all the best."

Which is basically a nice way of saying, "screw you."

Sounds like a communication problem to me. My guess is Kat Von D started talking, but no one in the studio spoke Darth Vader.
