Alright, just what the hell is going on here? I don’t know if their breakup was staged so we'd tune in, or if they genuinely broke up because of distance, but I sense I'm being bullsh-tted. I'm just too tired to try and figure it out.
James and Von D uploaded separate pics of each other PDA-ing on their Twitter accounts. James even wrote the caption, "para siempre", which means "forever" in Spanish. Really, though, he should've written, "Para siempre. O hasta que la mierda vuelve a TLC."
In an interview with People, James confirmed it: "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life," he says. "It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."
…as long as that show isn't on TV. And she lives close by. Somebody's gotta be here to make sure I don’t bang every tattooed chick in sight.
The couple got engaged back in January, and had been planning a summer wedding. Then, in July, they called it off.
"I'm so sad because I really love her," James told People at the time. "The distance between us was just too much."
Von D lived in Los Angeles, where she was shooting L.A. Ink, and James lives in a home near Austin with his three kids: Chandler, 16, Jessie Jr., 14 and Sunny 7.
Von D wrote of the split: "I am no longer w Jesse," she writes, "and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."
Not long after that, Von D walked out of a Good Day L.A. interview when they aired a clip of her and James on the reality show.
After the TLC announcement today, it seemed like Kat was going through one tough break after another. But hey, at least one thing's going right for the tatted up star.
So y'all wanna place bets on this one, or what? How long do you think the engagement will last this time around?
