Karina Smirnoff is single and ready to move on with her life. Karina and her fiancé
Maksim Chmerkovskiy called it
quits back in September and this dancing queen is already loving the single life.
"I love being single," Karina told
Hollyscoop at the Fox Reality Really Awards on Tuesday night. She added that she did "love being in love" when she was in a relationship, but right now she's just enjoying living her life.
Reading about your breakup in the weekly tabloids can certainly be awkward, but Karina says she doesn't mind. "It’s great! Sometimes I read it and wish I was living that life. I’ve learned to deal with it and now I'm just glad they care."
Speaking of rumors, Karina wanted to clear up rumors that she's dating her
Dancing With the Stars partner
Aaron Carter. "It's just a rumor," she told
Hollyscoop.
"We're just friends and professionals who dance and have a good time," she added.
