When Oprah talks the world listens. The queen of talk shows wants to make it clear as day that she did not introduce Kanye West's mother Dr. Donda West to the plastic surgeon from hell; Dr. Jan Adams.
Dr. Jan Adams appeared on Oprah back in October of 2003 for a special segment. Oprah supposedly recommended Dr. Adams to Kanye's mother when she appeared on her show in 2005.
Winfrey's rep shot those rumors down stating, "The reports... are absolutely untrue. Oprah Winfrey did not personally introduce nor recommend Dr. Jan Adams to Donda West."
Kanye's mother died late Saturday night after complications from cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Adams. It's not the first time Dr. Adams has been in hot water for his work. In 1996 a patient of Dr. Adams filed a malpractice lawsuit against him in LA Superior Court after he left a foreign object in her body. In 2004 a different patient of Dr. Jan Adams claims he got her drunk after surgery, had intercourse with her and got her pregnant.
It's safe to say this guy is out of a job, it's too bad someone had to lose their life over it though.
