Kanye West just got an extension on his scheduled arraignment that was supposed to happen tomorrow.
He's being arraigned on vandalism, battery, and grand theft charges, stemming from his September arrest at LAX when he got into it with a photographer. But now the court date has been pushed back til May 20th.
The reason is because Kanye's attorney Blair Berk says today is the first time she had read the police's incident report and was still waiting for the prosecutors to turn over the rest of their evidence.
Video shot by TMZ showed Kanye breaking a photographer’s flash on his camera. His manager is accused of breaking the paparazzo’s camera and TMZ’s video camera.
This is pretty much delaying the inevitable! Kanye was just acting like a hot head!
