What the hell are they calling it the MTV video music awards for anyway, MTV hasn't played videos since the 80's. The only performance worth watching was Chris Browns' Brittney should become a hermit, Kanye should quit crying. No wonder the ratings suck so bad, as much as the show and each year it gets worse.

I would like to say that I myself feel that MTV is full of s...! Britney did AWFUL, after her performance I was going to turn off the awards, but I hung in there. Kanye West would have been perfect to open up the VMAs. You guys can say what you want about Kanye, but he is so much talented than Britney. MTV used her for ratings, and they should be ashamed of themselves to have a broken down girl like britney to open up the show in Vegas. This girl has been seen wearing wigs because she shaved all her hair off, she in and out of rehabs, and she still trying to be a good mom. I say there is still a lot of racism going on in this world, and it is very sad. Kanye is a hard worker, and his music speak for itself. WHAT THE HELL WAS BRITNEY TRYING TO DO UP THERE? She SUCKED in so many ways. I use to be a huge fan of hers until she flipped out, now I cannot support her. MTV used her, and she allowed herself to get up there and look like like an idiot. Her so called performance was awful. With the VMA being in Vegas Kanye West, or any other artist BESIDES Britney should have opened.

i agree with darma. what a little girl Kanye is, hes a fag. I dont even think his music is that good. Hes no better than any of the other artists that have albums and only have a few good songs on them and the rest is crap. JT had a fuckin kick ass album and he deserved the award. Kanye may make good music, but JT's music is just better.
