Kanye West to Marry Girlfriend Amber Rose?

We never really thought of Kanye West being the marrying type, but apparently he's finally ready to settle down, and he wants to do with his girlfriend Amber Rose.

Kanye is reportedly planning on tying the knot with the former stripper sometime next year in the Caribbean.

A friend told the Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “He has really bonded with her since losing his mother and needs another strong woman in his life.”

Apparently they're going to stay in a eight-bedroom villa in the Dominican Republic for the romantic occasion. The friend added, “He’s very serious, otherwise he wouldn’t be spending that much money on her.”

Kanye met Amber shortly after he called off his engagement with Alexis Phifer. Kanye's mother loved Alexis, but after his mother passed away in 2007 following complications from cosmetic surgery, he broke things off with Alexis and moved on with "bisexual" Amber.

Again, Kanye doesn't seem the marrying type, but every man has a weak spot for the woman he loves, so we'll have to wait and see if he actually walks down the aisle. What do you think of Kanye and Amber marrying?

it all boils down to money. former stripper? screams gold digger. it doesn't matter how much he spends on the wedding or whatever, its all about opportunity. and he's a superficial money hungry fake. how soon we forget that he was once engaged to another woman "less dazzling" than the former stipper he has now *rolls eyes*. in his eyes it probably an upgrade; don't forget that his mother, the late donda west, actually loved his former fiancee.
