Kanye Ordered to Pay Up

Kanye West has been ordered to cough up $600,000 to settle the mortgage on his late mother's Illinois condo.

When Donda West passed away in November of '07, Kanye inherited $250,000 of assets from his mother, but she owed more than $600K (plus interest) for the condo at the time of her death.

Since Kanye is the co-executor of the estate, he is ordered by the Superior Court to pay up! Don't feel too bad for him though, it'll hardly put a dent in his bank account.
