Watching yourself on television season after season is enough for the best of us to want to make some changes. JWoww of Jersey Shore hasn't lost her fervor for urinating in public, but one thing she has lost? About twenty pounds.
“Overall, my body's gotten tighter and more toned,” JWoww said. “I can fit into the jeans I wore when I was 21.”
This is usually something someone says when they're in their forties after having popped out a couple of kids. But I guess binge drinking and starring in the Jersey Shore for a few years has the same affect on the body.
JWoww continued, “I want to go back to where I was until I was 21. I was running 3_ miles a day [back then], and I looked amazing. I was very, very health-conscious, and I'd never had a drink."
She adds that her new plan consists of working out five days a week for up to two hours at a time. JWoww also says she hasn't had any alcohol since September.
Indeed, alcohol can be your diet's worst enemy. First of all, if you're trying to lose weight, burning calories is fundamental. But if you have booze in your body, your system will work to burn that off first, postponing its efforts to burn fat.
Second, and probably more relatable, when you're drunk, you just don't give a crap. Fried chicken, pizza, more alcohol…bring it on, you don't care! You're having fun, life is short and you love everybody…wooooo!
