Justin Timberlake may only have one more tour left in him. The same way Madonna, Bob Dylan, and the Rolling Stones have had "one more in them" all these years. But Timberlake might actually mean it. He says he may be done with music altogether.
He told Vanity Fair:
"I really don’t know. I wouldn’t say I’m not going to put out another one. I would say that would be a bad bet, if you were betting."
This is terrible news. Who else's music am I going to make fun of? Oh right, Bieber's still around.
In lieu of music, Justin says he's going to focus on being spontaneous.
"I want to go to the Dodgers (baseball) game if I feel like it. ‘Hey, do you guys want to play basketball today? Cool, let’s do that.’ I’ve never really given myself the opportunity to be spontaneous.”
He plans on taking a break until at least the end of the year, explaining:
"The only job I have to do is promote the films that are coming out, and I’m really looking forward to that. It will be fun. I’ll get to go to a bunch of countries, hang out.”
Screw you, Justin Timberlake. Screw you.
The singer also revealed that he's starting to feel his biological clock ticking.
"As little as six months ago, I wouldn't have even thought about [marriage], but now it feels like a closer planet orbiting around." He added, "I think them mistake is that people commit to who that person is right then and not the person they’re going to become. That’s the art of staying together, is changing together."
He couldn't have said it any better if he was Dr. Phil. One person he definitely didn't grow with is his sweetheart from the old *NSYNC days, Britney Spears.
"I wish her the best," Timberlake says. "We haven’t spoken in 9 or 10 years."
And as far as his ex, Jessica Biel, Timberlake says, "She is the single-handedly most significant person in my life."
