Justin Timberlake Granted Restraining Order Against Fan

There's no question about the fact that Justin Timberlake loves his fans. But one fan loved him a little too much and Justin had no choice to get the police involved.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted Justin a restraining order against 48-year-old Karen McNeil calling her an "obsesses and mentally unstable stalker."

McNeil showed up to Justin's house for the third time this past Thursday and refused to leave. JT had no choice but to call the police and get her arrested.

She showed up to his house for the first time back in June, fortunately he wasn't home at the time, but she left him a bizarre note.

McNeil, who according to court papers may be homeless, now must stay at least 100 yards away from Justin, his home and his car, reports TMZ.

This isn't the first time a restraining order had been issued against McNeil. Back in 1997 she was found guilty of stalking Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose, reports Us Weekly.

Geez star obsessed much? Sounds like a scary situation to find yourself in!
