Talk about an impressive resume. Pop superstar, actor and clothing designer Justin Timberlake can now add TV mogul to his long list of accomplishments after signing a new partnership deal with communication giant Verizon to launch JT TV. The new network will feature movies, music and fashion programming.
On February 9th, Justin Timberlake and Verizon Wireless announced the launch of JT-TV, a unique partnership in which Timberlake will be the first artist to launch his own mobile channel. The channel is offered exclusively by Verizon Wireless V CAST service and will be updated throughout the year with a variety of content that is exclusive to JT-TV.
The merger was announced by Justin's manager Johnny Wright at Timberlake's pre-Grammy Hollywood party on Friday night.
For the first time ever, behind-the-scenes footage of Timberlake's fashion line, William Rast, will be made available to consumers. The channel features content from the William Rast inaugural fashion show and also include exclusive interviews with Justin Timberlake and his William Rast business partner, Trace Ayala.
