In typical Hollywood fashion,
Justin Timberlake and
Timbaland are now sworn frenenemies with
Scott Storch. Its no secret that JT and Timbaland's latest single
"Give It to Me" which features Nelly Furtado, is about producer
Scott Storch. But Timbaland really got the "piano man" back at club Marquee the other night, when he announced to the shocked crowd,
"Scott Storch is a bitch!"
So why the sour note between these once good friends? Storch who has worked with
Paris Hilton,
Beyonce,
50 Cent and
Jessica Simpson, used to be friends with Timbaland but they had a fall out. Timbaland went off at Marquee after his concert with Timberlake at the Meadowlands and started improvising, Timbaland yelled, "Scott Storch, I'm a real producer and you just a piano man."
Storch isn’t sitting around quietly and taking the heat, he has launched his own single on youtube
"Built Like That," where he accuses Timbaland for stealing producing credits on Timberlake's song "
Cry Me a River".
Storch raps about Timbaland not giving credit to pal Nate "Danja" Hills, "Your boy Danja got to hate you with a passion, man/He makes the hits while you taking all the credit, damn! I know the feeling, I'm with ya/Won't you tell them how I made that [bleep] 'Cry Me a River.' " Check out the video above.
Whatever the case is, controversy is always a great way to stir up record sales. Speaking of Timbaland, he addressed the Britney Spears controversy this morning with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show and said that her shaving her head off was the beginning of her musical inspiration. Timbaland believes that she will come back with a better record than ever and it’s not a big deal that she was in rehab.
