American actor, screenwriter and director Justin Paul Theroux was born on August 10, 1971 in Washington, D.C. Ensuing his graduation from Bennington College in Vermont, Justin Theroux moved to the entertainment capital of the world to pursue an acting career.

In the mid-1990s, Justin landed his first ever film role in I Shot Andy Warhol (1996) alongside Jill Hennessy. His success steadily continued during the late 90s and early 2000s, with his comedic performances in Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion (1997) with Lisa Kudrow; the comedy classic Zoolander (2001) with Ben Stiller, Will Ferrell and Own Wilson; and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003) opposite Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Lucy Liu.

He also took on weighty characters in the TV series Strangers with Candy (1999 - 2000), the psychological thriller American Psycho (2000), the neo-noir film Mulholland Drive (2001), and the mystery thriller Inland Empire (2006).

Justin further continued his success by co-writing and performing in the comedy Tropic Thunder (2008) with Ben Stiller, and starring in the fantasy comedy Your Highness (2011) alongside Natalie Portman and James Franco.

Recently, Justin landed a role in the comedy Wanderlust (2011) with Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston, and co-wrote the 1980s musical Rock of Ages (2012), starring Tom Cruise.

In August 2012, Justin made headlines when he announced his engagement to his Wanderlust co-star Jenifer Aniston.
