Selena Gomez Still Talking About Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez has been looking all young and all fresh and all ON THE MARKET SNATCH DAT UP FELLAS because GO-#YOLO-MEZ.

Or in more sedated terms, she's looking a lot less Disney and a lot more grown up which means fashion scribes everywhere are quickly describing this shiny new 2013 model of the Gomezinator as "chic" and "flawless." On the cover of Harper's Bazaar she's looking "slightly edgy," but still completely "effortless."

Bet you can't wait to hear what she has to say about fashion then, right?

"I do not give a damn what I look like, I don't," Selena says poetically. "When I'm on red carpets, I'm nervous, sweaty, and weird."

Because we don't like to see Selena sweating like a high schooler before her presentation in high school speech class (for an assignment the teacher said the class wasn't allowed to use Wikipedia for—so unfair!), it's probably for the best that we move onto another topic she does/doesn't care about: her on-again-off-again relationship with Justin Bieber.

"To make it as normal as possible, in such an abnormal lifestyle, was super important to both of us," Selena did her best to explain. "Unfortunately you can't control that," she added of living in the public eye. And in Selena's world, which is more abnormal than the set of "Wizards of Waverly Place," a world with actual wizards, there's nothing more normal than still talking about it to a glossy magazine everyone will read. Y'know, like all normal people do.

Between this and Taylor Swift's interview in Vanity Fair, the media is officially a high school cafeteria and we're just that table of nerds listening in on what all the super popular girls are talking about this week.

A couple other notable quotes we overheard relating to Selena's love life before the bell rings and we're all dismissed for geometry next period:

"I believe in love—yes, I’m one of those girls. Most of my friends believe in love. I went out with Katy Perry last night. She’s so fun and awesome, but it’s cool to see someone older believe in love too. She is all about it, and that’s how I will always be. I believe in stories like, ‘Oh, I met him in Starbucks.’"

"To me, love is normal. Of course, you see Jay and Beyoncé and you’re like, ‘Oh, my gosh, they’re perfect for each other,’ but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else’s love."
